by Derek on June 1, 2012

Sometimes you just want people to fill out a form and that’s it. Great for surveys and such.

You can do this with the formOnly option. Accessing the form is easy,
just use this URL: http://sodadb.com/form.php?i=YOUR SECRET KEY

You can set preferences for your formOnly by clicking Option MenuSet your preferencesFormOnly settings

  • Email notice?
You can get an email when a user has filled out your form. Only for supporters.
  • Your emailaddress
You can set an emailaddress to get an email when a user has filled out your form. Only for supporters.
  • Welcome message
Set a welcome message (sticky note) This note is visible when a user visits your form.
  • Thank you message
Set a ‘thank you’ message after a user filled out the form.

Each person that fills out a form gets an unique ID. You can see all input by visiting Option MenuPublish your database . There you’ll find a list with ID’s. Click the view »» link to view the individual record. To show all records again click the Show All button.

A tip when you are planning to use the formOnly a lot: add a field to your database that holds the name of the person who fills out the form.
